Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 weeks days after the order is placed. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders or if there are delays due to holidays, processing times may be extended. We will notify you if any significant delays occur with your order.

Tracking Your Order

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to most countries. Please note that international customers may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or fees that are levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fees.
Shipping Restrictions
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, military addresses, or specific regions due to carrier restrictions. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements.
Lost or Damaged Packages
While we take great care in packaging and shipping your order, there may be instances where packages are lost or damaged in transit. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
